Contract Law

Under the contract of carriage, one party ( the sender) undertakes, with payment and of the other party ( the customer the shipper or the recipient of the cargo) perform or organize services related to the transportation of cargo specified in the contract of transport delivery. The contract of transport delivery may provide for the obligation of the sender to organize cargo transportation along the route chosen by him or the customer, to conclude contract (contracts) for cargo transportation on behalf of the customer or himself to send cargo and ensure its receipt, as well as other obligations related to cargo transportation.

The contract of transport delivery as additional services may provide for the implementation of such necessary operations related to the delivery of cargo such as obtaining documents required for export and import, custom and other documents, checking the quantity and condition of cargo, payment of duties and other expenses collected from the customer, storage of cargo, receiving cargo at the designated place, as well as performing other operations and services provided by the contract.

The terms of performance of the Contract on transport delivery are determined by the agreement of the parties, unless otherwise established bylaw or other legal acts.
